Patient 2
Ethnicity: Caucasian
Technique: Open Coronal Pretrichial Browlift
Aesthetic Concern: The patient was concerned with a tired eye appearance and small eyes. At this time a browlift was offered due to a droppy brow and excess skin hanging over the bone.
Surgeon: Dr. Parikh
Surgeon Comment: An open traditional browlift was performed with the incision in the front hairline (pretrichial). This approach was chosen because of the preexisting long forehead. A coronal or endoscopic approach would move the hairline back and therefore accentuating the long forehead. She is seen her with a more refreshed look in the upper third of the face.
