Technique: Clitoral Hood Reduction and Labiaplasty Minora: Very young female who had discomfort symptoms and severe excess of labia minora and clitoral hood skin. A bilateral wedge labiaplasty was performed in conjunction with clitoral hood reduction. Her symptoms have resolved and she has improved cosmetic appearance of the area as well.
