Surgeon Comment: Patient had concerns of thighs rubbing together and inner thigh skin sagging. A medial thigh lift was performed with liposuction to inner thigh and inner knee area. Scar seen at 2 months, still healing. Only a medial thigh incision was performed in the groin crease area in this case. Variations of the thigh lift include a longitudinal extension of the incision on the inner thigh towards the knee if significant laxity or sagging is seen.
