Surgeon Comment: 21 year old female with significant labia (inner) minora excess. She mainly complained of discomfort in certain clothing in addition to cosmetic appearance. The trim technique was used here and a significant improvement can be seen in the standing and lying down positions. The scarring is not noticeable and she no longer has symptoms of discomfort.
