Conveniently located to serve Seattle and Bellevue

Dr. Rikesh Parikh and his expert team offer a comprehensive range of male sexual enhancement procedures designed to boost your confidence, improve intimate experiences, and enhance your overall quality of life. Whether you are looking to address aesthetic concerns or functional aspects, we provide advanced, minimally invasive solutions tailored to your unique needs.

Comprehensive Male Enhancement Procedures

Our state-of-the-art clinic offers the following enhancement treatments:

Fat Transfer to the Penis with PRP

This innovative procedure utilizes your body’s natural resources—fat cells and platelet-rich plasma (PRP)—to increase girth and rejuvenate penile tissue. The process is minimally invasive, and the use of your own fat and PRP minimizes risks while promoting natural-looking, long-lasting results.

Penile Lengthening Ligament Release

For men seeking to increase the length of their penis, this procedure involves releasing the ligaments that attach the penis to the pubic bone, providing more visible length. This outpatient surgery is quick and safe, with excellent results that can transform your self-esteem.

Liposuction of the Pubic Mons

Excess fat in the pubic area can diminish the appearance of penile length. Through targeted liposuction, we can remove this fat, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the genital area and improving confidence.

Scrotal Lift Reduction

Men experiencing sagging of the scrotum due to aging or other factors may benefit from a scrotal lift. This procedure tightens and reduces excess skin, resulting in a firmer, more youthful appearance.

Monsplasty or Mons Pubic Lift

What is Monsplasty or Mons Lift?

The procedure involves an incision over the Mons pubis which is usually shorter than a tummy tuck incision. The soft tissue and fat are debulked or excised from the area to thin it out. Liposuction may be combined. Following this the excess skin is removed and the mons is pulled upwards decreasing the excess laxity to the area around the base exposing it more.

Recovery is generally 2 weeks. The procedure can be combined with other male enhancements techniques if needed. The procedure is also part of a tummy tuck procedure with Dr. Parikh.

FAQS about Male Penile Enhancement

  • Is my size normal?

Most likely it is. Mayo Clinic puts it plainly: an erect penis of about 5 inches or longer is typical, and most men who think they’re small are in the normal range. Part of your consultation is a measurement and a frank conversation about what it shows. If you’re in the normal range, you should hear that plainly. If you still want a modest change, that’s your call, and the point of the consultation is to be clear about what surgery can and can’t do for you.

  • Will ligament release change my erections?

It can change the angle. The suspensory ligament is what anchors the upright angle of an erection, so after release an erection tends to sit lower and can feel less firmly anchored at the base. For most men it doesn’t affect the ability to get an erection, but erectile problems have been reported after this surgery, and that’s part of the conversation before you decide. The ligament itself doesn’t carry sensation, but numbness at the tip or near the incision has been reported, so it’s on the risk list too.

  • Will the fat feel lumpy or uneven?

It shouldn’t, but unevenness is the main risk of fat transfer. Fat that doesn’t survive, or fat placed unevenly, can form firm spots or leave one side fuller than the other. Surgeons lower that risk by placing the fat in small amounts and even layers rather than large pockets. Ask Dr. Parikh whether he wants you to massage the area as it heals. A small irregularity that remains can often be addressed with a touch-up; ask how that’s handled.

  • Will I be awake, and where is it done?

It depends on the procedure. Ligament release is done under local anesthesia and takes about an hour. Fat transfer includes liposuction, so it’s often done with sedation or general anesthesia, and a scrotal lift can be done awake or asleep; which is right for you is settled at your consultation. Everything is done at RP Surgery Center, the practice’s own facility in Bellevue, with a private room before and after, and you go home the same day.

  • How painful is it, and how long is recovery?

Soreness and swelling for a few days, then steady improvement. For ligament release, fat transfer, and pubic liposuction, most men are back to normal daily activities within a few days. A monsplasty takes about 2 weeks. After a scrotal lift, swelling and bruising ease within about a week. If fat was taken from your abdomen or thighs, Dr. Parikh’s liposuction instructions apply to those areas too: a compression garment for 4 to 6 weeks unless he tells you otherwise for a small harvest, at least a week off work, and no vigorous sports for 6 to 8 weeks. Otherwise desk work is usually fine within a few days to a week, and hold off on anything strenuous until Dr. Parikh clears you.

  • When can I have sex again?

Plan on several weeks, and get the exact timing from Dr. Parikh for your procedure. As a guide, Cleveland Clinic cites at least 2 to 3 weeks after a scrotal lift and up to 6 weeks of recovery for more involved procedures. The tissue needs that time to heal and, after fat transfer, to let the fat settle without pressure on it.

  • Where are the scars?

They’re small and placed where they’re hard to see. A monsplasty scar sits within the underwear line, liposuction leaves a small entry mark or two, and fat transfer is injected through tiny entry points. Where the ligament release and scrotal lift incisions go is something Dr. Parikh will show you at your consultation.

  • How long do results last?

Ligament release is lasting unless the ligament heals back toward the bone, which Mayo Clinic notes can happen; that’s why some surgeons recommend stretching or traction afterward. Fat that survives the first months stays, but gains or losses in your weight change it. Liposuction and monsplasty results last with a steady weight. A scrotal lift lasts for years, though gravity and aging continue, and some men choose a touch-up later in life.

  • Is this safe? What are the risks?

These are real operations, and like any surgery they carry real risks. The general ones apply to every procedure: infection, bleeding, swelling, bruising, and changes in sensation.

Each procedure also has its own. Ligament release can leave scar tissue that tethers the penis or pulls it back in, which can undo some of the length gained, and it often lowers the angle of an erection. Problems with erections are uncommon but have been reported, and you should know that before deciding. Fat transfer can leave firm lumps or an uneven contour, and some of the transferred fat is usually reabsorbed, so results can shrink over time. Any of these can require a revision procedure.

Serious complications are uncommon in published reports, and what keeps them that way is an experienced surgeon, conservative planning, and following aftercare closely. Your own risk depends on your health, anatomy, and goals, which is exactly what the consultation is for. Dr. Parikh will go through what applies to you specifically.

  • Is the process private?

Yes, from the first call. Consultations are private, one-on-one, and can start by phone or video with photos sent ahead. The surgery center has private rooms, so you aren’t in a shared recovery area, and follow-ups can often be handled by phone and photos.

  • How much does it cost?

It depends on which procedures you combine and how they’re done, so you’ll get a quote after your consultation. Insurance doesn’t cover these procedures. There’s financing for patients who qualify.

  • I live in Seattle. How many trips to Bellevue will this take?

Usually three. A consultation can start by phone, video, or photos, followed by an in-person visit with Dr. Parikh. Then it’s the procedure day and a follow-up visit soon after, with later check-ins by phone and photos when that’s easier. The office is at 301 116th Ave SE in Bellevue, just off I-405, about 20 minutes from downtown Seattle outside rush hour. You’ll need a ride home if you’ve had sedation or general anesthesia. If you’re coming from farther away, the travel and stay page covers hotels and timing.

  • What are Dr. Parikh’s qualifications?

This is an area where surgeon experience matters more than anywhere else. Dr. Parikh is double board-certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He completed his plastic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University and a research fellowship at Cleveland Clinic, and he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He performs all of his surgeries at his own surgery center, so the plan and the result sit with one surgeon. You can see his patients’ results in the penile fat transfer gallery and the penile lengthening gallery.

  • Does Dr. Parikh have hospital privileges?

Yes, at Overlake and Swedish. Dr. Parikh holds surgical privileges at Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue and two locations for Swedish Medical Center one at the First Hill Campus location in Seattle and the other at the Issaquah Campus. Privileges mean a hospital has reviewed a surgeon’s training, board certification, and record and allows him to operate there. Your surgery is done at RP Surgery Center, the practice’s state-accredited surgery center; the privileges are an outside check on his credentials.
