Patient had a Buried Penis since childhood. His penis was not exposed to the surface and was always retracted inwards. A Monsplasty Lift was performed along with a Penile Suspensory Ligament Release at the same time. This resulted in moving the penis outward when flaccid and debulking the pubic area to further enhance the whole area.

Surgical Penile Lengthening by Suspensory Ligament Release was performed to gain flaccid non-erectile length. Approximately 1 inch of flaccid length was achieved for a noticeable difference of the shaft area. Mons liposuction was also performed to enhance the whole region as well.

Patient with Klinefelter’s Syndrome XXY instead of XY which causes hypogonadism and smaller testicles reduced testosterone production. Larger implants placed in order to fill the scrotum and create a proportionate aesthetic male enhancement. Incision is well hidden in midline

Patient 20
Fat Transfer to the Penile shaft for increasing the girth or diameter of the penis. Preoperatively 5.5 inches girth increased to 6.2 inches at one week after surgery. As time goes some of this fat will not survive. Fat Transfers can be repeated if necessary.
