Technique: Wedge Resection Labia Minora
Surgeon Comment: 43 year old female with excessive labia minora tissue. This resulted in a droopy or hanging of the labia (inner) minora in the standing position. She was unhappy with the appearance of the area for a long time. The left labia was obviously larger than the right. She underwent wedge resection with a clear improvement in the aesthetic appearance overall. The scarring is virtually unnoticeable here. The wedge is a great technique to maintain the pigmentation change from the inner and outer aspect of the labia minora.
