Technique: IMF Subpectoral + Lowering of IMF on right + Scoring Lower Pole
Surgeon Comment: Significant asymmetry is seen preoperatively. The right breast a cup size smaller than the left. The breasts are also slighly pointier in shape. Round implants were chosen of two different sizes in order to gain symmetry. The right inframammary fold (IMF) was lowered to increase the volume of the breast. Scoring was performed to achieve a more rounded appearance to the breasts. She is seen here with an early result.
