Surgeon Comment: 25 year old thin build female with deflation of the breasts after her first child and breast feeding. Her breasts initially a C cup lost volume especially in the upper poles. Sagging of the breasts were also noted and laxity of the tissues. The right breast was also smaller than the left. She wanted more volume and projection and has increased 2 cup sizes after augmentation. Sagging of the breasts has also been corrected by the implants alone. The incision was placed in the inframammary crease and 475cc high profile silicone round implants were placed under the muscle. She is seen here as an early result DD cup size.
