Technique: Wedge resection of both labia minora and right side clitoral hood reduction. Reason: This lovely young female had trama to the labia minora on the right which resulted in a split of the labia minora as seen on the left photo. Dr. Parikh performed bilateral wedge technique labiaplasties to shorten them but alsa a clitoral hood reuction only the right to fix the split and regain the symmetry.
