Surgeon Comment: 51 year old male to female transgender patient with significant asymmetry. Muscular build with the right breast lower than the left. The left breast is more conical in shape. Lack of soft tissue and short nipple to fold ratio. Bilateral IMF lowering was performed and smooth round moderate plus profile implants were placed. This was performed in one operation. Cup size has increased from A to C.
