Surgeon Comment: Shaped silicone implants placed under the muscle. The patient desired larger breasts with more upper pole fullnes. The shaped implants provided a more natural contour in the upper poles while still maintaing a good amount of fullness. Her breast tissue was quite dense and her prior shape was slightly more pointed. The nipple to fold length or lower pole fullness was short. Fold lowering and scoring of lower pole was performed in order to achieve the desired look. A more natural slope was achieved with a natural look with 375cc moderate plus shaped silicone implants.
