Surgeon Comment: 27 year old who has had children now with pseudoptosis (sagging of the breasts below the level of the nipple)of the breasts. Deflation and thinning of the skin has occurred over time. Her breasts initially a B cup lost volume especially in the upper poles. Sagging of the breasts were also noted and laxity of the tissues. The right breast was lower than the left. High profile implants have been placed. The incision was placed in the inframammary crease and high profile silicone round implants were placed under the muscle.
