Technique: Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with fat repositioning
Aesthetic Concern: Excess skin and fullness in the upper lids. Tear troughs and wrinkling of the lower lids

Surgeon Comment: 49 year old female that complained of a tired appearance with fullness and hanging skin in the upper lids. The lower lids had a prominent lid-cheek junction and tear trough. Wrinkling was a seen in the skin of the lower lids. Fat displacement technique used for the lower lids. Mild amount of fat and skin was removed from the upper lids. She is seen here 1 month afte surgery. All the swelling and bruising resolved after 2 weeks.
