Aesthetic Concern: 56 year old female with concern with aging of the lower third of the face and neck. Banding in the neck and jowling.

Surgeon Comment: A Facelift with SMAS plication to reduce the jowl area and remove the platsymal bading was performed. No incision was made under the chin. Fat grafting was then performed to the cheek areas only.
