Surgeon Comment: 21 year old hispanic male who wanted a subtle reduction in the tip of the nose and reduction in the nasal ala flaring. He did not want the dorsum or bridge of the nose changed. An open rhinoplasty was performed with excisions to reduce the nasal ala flaring. The result shown is 8 weeks after surgery.
