Technique: Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with fat excision
Aesthetic Concern: Excess Skin of the upper and lower eyelids bags.

Surgeon Comment: 55 year old male that has sagging of the upper eyelids and small appearing eyes. There was an excessive amount of upper eyelids skin that has been removed. The lower eyelids also had excessive skin in addition to increase buldging of fat. Skin and fat was removed – he is seen here 6 months after surgery. His eyes are bigger; with a more youthful appearance.

Technique: Revision Facelift + Necklift + SMAS Plication + Liposuction
Aesthetic Concern: This patient had undergone 3 previous mini-facelifts and necklifts at outside facitilties. His last necklift was a year ago. However he recurred with neck sagging and playtsmal banding. He also had jowling and sagging in the lower third of the face.
Surgeon: Dr. Parikh
Surgeon Comment: A redo facilift and necklift was performed. The surgery was performed through previous preauricular incisions (in front of the ear). The old scars were used. The scar seen under the chin was from previous surgery and was not entered in this case. There has been significant improvement in the neck and lower face. The platysmal banding is now gone.
