Surgeon Comment: 31 year old female desired larger more shapely calves. She was unable to build up her calf muscles by routine excercises. Calf augmentation by fat transfer was performed. No implant was used. Circumference of calves increased from 29cm to 39cm. Results seen at 2 weeks postoperatively. Fat was harvested from the abdomen and thighs, this was follwed by injection of fat to both the inside and outside areas of the calves.

Case #5057 - Labiaplasty Correction

Ethnicity: Caucasian
Technique: Wedge resection of left labia only: Healthy female who underwent labiaplasty minora by a different doctor resulted in asymmetry between the two labia where the left was larger than the right. Dr. Parikh performed a revision wedge resection to balance out the left and achieve a more symmetrical appearance.
