Technique: Re-creation of bilateral labia minora with Bilateral Clitoral Hood Flaps: Healthy female who underwent labiaplasty minora by trim technique by a different doctor resulted in complete amputation of both labia minora. She had dryness, itching and discomfort like symptoms. Dr. Parikh performed clitoral hood flaps as pioneered by Dr. Gary Alter in Beverly Hills to recreate the labia minora using excess clitoral hood tissue. The patient healed well and feels more confident and no longer has any symptoms.
